I hope everyone had a great Fourth of July Holiday despite the spurts of rain we got for the weekend!  We’ve had some GREAT Friday Night at the Races the past few weeks with a bunch of new best times and  great first time performances!! Congrats to all and welcome to our new Bronze Group Members; Meredith Seibold, Anne Marie Yatsula, Lillian Garrett, Sela Kime, Evan McGill, and Nathan McGill!! Everyone is doing a fantastic job in practice at listening and working hard at their strokes and sets. Keep up the good work and we’ll see some results at the End of Summer Invitational. It will be held here at Emerald Greens on Saturday July 31st with warm ups starting at 9 A.M. for the morning session and 2:30 P.M. for the afternoon session; everyone swims both sessions. There will also be a pool party at the conclusion of the meet for the swimmers and families from GCST and CVST held under the tent with the Oasis Grille staying open late!. If you are not signed up, sign online today!!! The online deadline has been extended until July 21 so make sure you check it out on www.cvst.org . We will also need parent assistance to run the meet at our home pool; this means timers, clean up, announcer, hospitality, etc. This will be a great meet for everyone to attend to mark the end of the summer session and put to use all of the hard work the team has put in the water the past few months!
 
Families! Don’t forget to take advantage of Family Night being held Thursday nights down at the Poolside for the rest of the month with fun activities and entertainment scheduled.
